P.E. Project


Before engaging into an exhausting activity, proper warm up exercises must be done in order to condition our body.

Though not shown in the video, here are the warm-up exercises we made for us to withstand challenging and more exciting activities:

  • Ankle roll
  • Arm Swing Across Chest
  • Hip Circles/Rotations    
  • Jog in Place
  • Jumping Jacks
  • Knee to chest
  • Lunges

                                   *Every stretching lasts 16 seconds


A benefit of these stretching to us is to improve our flexibility that could prevent injuries, which is also very essential in this activity.
